30-Day Return Policy 

We accept return requests within 30 days of the delivery date.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be unused and unopened
  • Be in its original packaging
  • Be in resalable condition

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used facial masks cannot be returned unless the product is damaged or defective.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Opened or used facial masks
  • Products damaged due to misuse
  • Gift cards (if applicable)

Damaged or Defective Products

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please provide:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the product and packaging
  • A brief description of the issue

After review, we will gladly provide either:

  • A replacement, or
  • A full refund

at no additional cost.

Return Shipping

For eligible returns that are not related to product defects or shipping errors, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Please contact us before returning any product. We will provide the appropriate return instructions.

Amazon Multi-Channel Fulfillment (MCF) 

Many orders placed on our website are fulfilled through Amazon Multi-Channel Fulfillment (MCF) for fast and reliable delivery throughout the United States.

If your return request is approved, we will provide the appropriate return instructions, which may include returning the item to an Amazon fulfillment center.

Refunds

Refunds are processed after the returned item has been received and inspected.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5 business days after inspection.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before they are submitted for fulfillment.

Once an order has entered Amazon Multi-Channel Fulfillment processing, cancellation may no longer be possible.
