Return & Refund Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy for eligible products.
At MicroYounger, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review the following return and refund policy.
Return Eligibility
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and unopened.
- The item must be in its original packaging.
- The item must be in resalable condition.
- Proof of purchase is required.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene, safety, and product integrity requirements, the following items cannot be returned:
- Opened facial masks
- Used skincare products
- Products with damaged or missing original packaging
- Gift cards
- Promotional or free items
Damaged, Defective, Or Incorrect Products
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Please include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the product and packaging
After review, we may provide a replacement, store credit, or full refund as appropriate.
Refund Process
Once your return request has been approved and the returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund status.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
Return Shipping
If the return is due to:
- Customer preference
- Ordering the wrong item
- No longer wanting the product
the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
If the return is due to:
- Damaged product
- Defective product
- Incorrect item shipped
MicroYounger will cover reasonable return shipping costs or provide an appropriate solution.
Order Cancellation
Orders may be canceled before they have been processed for shipment.
Once an order has been shipped through Amazon Multi-Channel Fulfillment (MCF), it can no longer be canceled and must follow the return process outlined above.
Lost Packages
If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date.
We will work with Amazon Multi-Channel Fulfillment and the shipping carrier to investigate the situation.
